Payment Methods
Mode of payment will only be via ATM transactions, to either UOB or POSB.
Upon submitting the order form, you will receive a confirmation within 2 working days.
After confirmation, please make your payment to POSB Savings 186-53394-1in 48 hours and inform us after doing so. Should you require the UOB account, please kindly inform us. Failure to do so will cause orders to become void.
Upon confirmation of orders, there shall be no cancellation of order.
Discounts
All discounts/ discount codes issued are only valid for the stipulated period of time, which is mentioned upon issuing of discounts/ discount codes.
All discounts can be used only once and is not applicable for items under the SALE tab.
Discounts are off item price, and not off total price (ie: exclusive of delivery charges.
Only one discount/ discount code can be used per purchase and all discounts/ discount codes are only applicable to http://prettypalaceonline.blogspot.com, http://prettypalacewholesale.blogspot.com, and not applicable to purchases made at our stores.
Information On Products
All items are subjected to stock availability, and are exclusive of delivery charges. Should an item go out of stock, buyers will be notified immediately. Also, colours shown in the photographs may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting and photography effects. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of measurements, details and description listed for the items.

Product Delivery
To keep the price of items as low as possible for our buyers, delivery of items will be done via postage only or self collection at our stores. Items will be delivered by Singapore Post, where generally 2 – 3 working days are taken. Registered postage is advised.
Costs
a) Normal postage = SGD$1.50
b) Registered postage = SGD$1.50 + $2.24
We highly recommend registered mail to prevent any loss of parcels. Moreover, tracking of your item can be done at the SingPost website.
Do take note that we will not be responsible for any items lost due to normal mail.
PreordersWe will not be responsible if supplier sends the wrong item be it in terms of size or colour by mistake. Should that happen, we will notify you immediately. Also, we reserve the right to cancel any preorders or sprees. Should this occur, you will receive a full refund.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All items sold from our online store are non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Thus, please ensure that all information given is accurate as we will go according to order forms to mail out orders. Also, please be assured that we check our goods thoroughly before sending them out to you.
