Minimum Order Quantity
For the wholesale price, minimum purchase will be 5 pieces. Mixing and matching of apparels among different categories is allowed. However, accessories and bags cannot be mixed.
Supply Rates
With a minimum purchase of 5 pieces, you can attain items at a lower price- refer to (Wholesale Price: ) under item. Should you encounter any problems, please contact us.
Wholesale Prices
Wholesale prices are only applicable for items purchased online, but exclusive of accessories. This means that wholesale prices do not apply to purchases done at our store. However, you can place orders and make payment first, and collect items from our store.
Ordering products
Please place an order via the order form or email to prettypalace@live.com .
After receiving an order confirmation, please proceed to make payment via ATM bank transfers within 48 hours, and inform us upon doing so.
We will proceed to process your orders, and reserve your items.
Reservation of items
To reserve items, half of total amount has to be made. You can make payment for the next half upon collection.
Collection of items
You can opt for postage or collect items from our store personally.
Before collection of items, full payment has to be made.
